Louisville, KY, November 8, 2007 - Louisville-based Havana Beverages will donate all the Cola and Mojito beverages the 200 cast and crew members of ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” can drink while in Louisville this week building a new home for a local family.
"We are thrilled to be part of such an incredible event," said Sandy Nixon, President of Havana Beverages. "We want the entire team to have a great time in Louisville and enjoy some locally made beverages," Havana Beverages are all-natural soft drinks, made with 100% pure cane sugar.
EM:HE will build the Hughes family a new house. Patrick Henry Hughes is a 19 year-old sophomore at the University of Louisville. He was born without eyes and unable to straighten his arms and legs. In addition to building the family a home, EM:HE will make improvements to the playing field, including new landscaping and two new buildings – one for Patrick Henry and one for the band to use as storage.
